*Transitions refers to the process of moving businesses or business processes from one organisational structure to another . Eg. A multi-national may have crowdsourced a product internally in one of their markets and would like to replicate the solution in another market. Another example is the acquisition of another business that needs to be integrated into the purchaser’s organisation.
